I think more girls should wear crazy lipstick colors....I'm all for it!!
You definitely have to have a wild personality to pull it off, you can NOT be self conscience while wearing a crazy color or else people will think you're crazy.
I have been told countless times that I am the only person who is able to pull off black lipstick but that's NOT true..if you feel and know that you can...you CAN!! :D
To me...lipstick is an accessory...I wear lipstick like others wear jewelry.
I use it to compliment my outfit, NOT to match it entirely..
Be creative, have fun!
My suggestion to figuring out if you can pull off a daring color, even just red!, is to first buy a lil cheapie lipstick...these of course will smear off within 20 minutes..but at least you'll get to see if you like the color on you or not.
THEN, if you figure out that you DO like daring colors, go ahead and spend $20 dollars on an expensive lipstick from Sephora or Mac.
These high end lipsticks will stay on for HOURS and will not feather or fade.
But the key to keeping these colors on even LONGER, is to purchase a lipliner in the same shade, a nude shade, or a clear shade...
OR! A lipstain..which is something I SWEAR BY if you want the perfect kiss-proof red or pink lips!
A lipstain is perfect for women about to get married, because they want a flattering lipcolor that will NOT rub off on their husband to be.

Just felt inspired to write this...because a girl I follow on twitter mentioned that she took my tip of getting a lipstain and bought some lip products from sephora today!
That honestly made me so so so happy :)
I loveeeeee helping others feel and look their best...and I honestly think more girls should experiment with makeup!
